Chicken and Broccoli Casserole

2 ~ Chicken boneless skinless chicken breasts2C ~ Instant brown rice2C ~ cut broccoli1C ~ light shreaded cheese (I used mexican)1 Can ~ Healthy Request, Cream of Mushroom soup1 Can ~ Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup (98% fat free)2 Cans ~ water (use soup cans)
Pre-heat oven for 375 degrees
boil or steam broccoli until tender
bake or grill chicken until just done/little or no pink
Place soup, and water in a 13x9 pan and mix together until blended. Stir in rice, then add chicken and broccoli. Bake for about 12-15 min. Take out of oven and layer cheese on top, broil for a few minutes until cheese is melted.
