Ingredients
1/3 c dry couscous (57 g)15 g almonds40 g sweetened dried cranberries1/2 c water or broth
Directions
Toast couscous in a small pan over medium heat, stirring constantly, for about 5 minutes. Add broth or water. Bring to boil, cover, and let stand for 5 minutes. Add toasted almonds and cranberries.
