White Chocolate Ginger Biscotti

Ingredients
2 1/4 cups wheat flour2 eggs1 cup sugar1/3 cup brown sugar1/3 cup butter, melted1 teaspoon molasses1/2 teaspoon vanilla1/4 cup white chocolate, chopped1/2 teaspoon salt2 teaspoons baking powder1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon1 1/2 teaspoons ginger
Directions
Blend sugars, chopped chocolate, butter, eggs, molasses and vanilla. Stir in flour, salt, baking powder, cinnamon, and ginger. Stir into a stiff dough. Roll out into two 9" long pieces. Place on cookie sheet and flatten to 1/2 inch. Bake at 350F for 20 minutes. Let cool 1 hour, slice into 1/2" slices. Stand biscotti up on cookie sheet, leaving a little room between the pieces, and return to oven for 12-15 minutes (depending on how crisp you prefer them). Let cool completely and store in airtight container. May also dip or drizzle with melted white chololate if desired (but that's not included in nutrition info. calculations).
