Mediterranean Egg Scramble

Ingredients
* Egg, fresh, 1 large * Black Olives, 4 medium * Sundried tomatoes, 1/2 oz * Parmesan Cheese, 1TBS * Basil, 5 leaves (chopped)
Directions
1. Spray small frying pan with butter flavored Pam.
2. In cup, mix egg with a Tbs or two of water.
3. Slice olives, tomatoes, and basil together.
4. Heat pan and add egg until 1/2 way set.
5. Add and fold in olives, tomatoes and basil.
6. Add and fold in cheese.
7. Cook until lightly set.
