Vegetarian Tostadas

Ingredients
1 Low Fat Flour Tortilla (8 inch size)1/4 Cup Cooked Brown Rice1 Tbsp Fat Free Refried Beans1 Tbsp Salsa1 Tbsp Shredded Mexican Cheese Blend
Directions
Place tortillas on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 until slightly crisp. Meanwhile, combine refried beans and salsa in a small bowl. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Remove tortillas from oven. Spread with refried bean/salsa mixture. Top this with rice. Sprinkle with cheese. Return to oven. Bake long enough for cheese to melt.
