Ingredients
2 cups old fashioned oats3/4 cup shredded coconut1/2 cup dates chopped1/8 cup pumpkin seed1/8 cup sunflower seed1/8 cup chopped almonds1/4 cup walnuts3 large bananas1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce2 tsb flax meal
Directions
Preheat oven to 350

Mix all ingredients toghether and press into 9 by 9 inch baking pan and bake for 30- 35 minutes

Cool and slice into squares
