Ingredients
Mix the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar together. Add milk, water and vanilla essence/extract. Beat well. Fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites and mix to blend.Lightly spray a waffle iron with non-stick spray and pour some of the batter into the iron, cook until golden on both sides.Makes around 14/15 waffles (depending on the size of your waffle iron). Each waffle contains 70.2 calories.
