Lasagna

Ingredients
1/4 lb ground sirloin2 hot italian turkey sausage3 C. Classico tomato basil sauce2 C. part skim ricotta cheese1 pkg. Sargento 6 cheese italian cheese shredded 3 oz. lasagna noodles cooked1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach1 T. olive oil
Directions
saute chopped onion in 1/2 T. olive oil, add all meats, cook until lightly brown
in a bowl mix all cheeses with spinach that has been drained (all water removed)
after meat has cooled, add to the cheese/spinach mixture and fold all items together
in a deep lasagna dish mix remaining olive oil w/3 T. sauce on bottom of dish
layer in dish starting with lasagna noodles, cheese/meat/spinach mixture, sauce and repeat until done
(from bottom it should be: noodles, mixture, sauce)
cook in oven for 1hour, remove, let cool and enjoy.
