Chicken ala Vodka with penne

About 1 Lb boneless skinless chicken breast1 Lb Penne pasta1 Jar Bertolli vodka sauce4 ounces mozzarella cheese part skim1 Tbsp olive oilItalian seasoning/garlic to taste
1. Put pot of water with a little salt on to boil for the penne
2. Remove visible fat from chicken and cut into 1 inch pieces
3. put chicken in frying pan with oil and seasoning and saute until cooked through with no pink on inside
4.Once water boils put penne in boil for 11-13 minutes
5. When chicken is cooked drain out remaining olive oil and herbs in pan and add in vodka sauce to begin heating
6. When penne is fully cooked drain in a strainer over the sink return to pot.
7. Add the chicken and sauce mixture straight to pot
8. Add in the mozzarella cheese and mix until completely blended
9. Serve immediately
