Amazing Tuna Salad Lettuce roll ups

Lettuce leaves - iceberg or bibb, 9 largeTuna - solid white albacore drained, 15 oz3 large hardboiled eggs dicedChili Powder, 1 tspBlack pepper, 1/2 tspSalt, 1/4 tspLight Mayonnaise, 5 tbspLemon juice, 1/4 tspMinced onions, 1 tbsp
Combine all ingredients except lettuce. Put 1/4 cup of tuna salad mixture in lettuce leaf that has been patted dry to prevent dripping.
Great variations. Add nuts or chow mein noodles for crunch. Add any of your favorite sauces (soy, chili garlic, buffalo wing sauce, ranch).
