Sauted Spinach

Ingredients
Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove) Garlic, 3 tsp (remove) Extra Light Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove) Butter, unsalted, 1 tbsp (remove)Spinach, fresh, 1 package (10 oz) (remove)*Asiago Cheese (shredded), 4 tbsp (remove)
Directions
melt butter and oilve oil together in a cast iron pan... add spinach and garlic to coat... cook until wilted, stirring frquently.. sprinkle with pepper.

I use a cast iron pan so i can add more iron into my diet.. can be cooked in a regular pan as well.


as a variation.. it's awesome with about an ounce of fresh grated parmesan cheese on it. :)
