Ingredients
1/3 cup honey3 tablespoons nonfat milk, plus enough water to have a total of 1 1/3 cups liquid1 1/2 teaspoons salt3 cups whole wheat flour1/2 cups of all purpose flour (or bread flour) 1/3 cup corn meal2 teaspoons yeast (one packet works)
Directions
Place all ingredients in bread machine, program for bread, wheat. If you do not have a wheat bread program, have all ingredients at room temp and use the white bread setting.

It makes about 15-16 slices. One slice is a serving
