Sweet Mishie's Pumpkin Spice Muffins

Ingredients
1.3 Cup - Canned Pumpkin2 Cups - Whole Wheat Organic Flour1/2 Cup - Wheat Germ2 - Eggs (Large)2/3 Cup - Unsweetened Applesauce200 mL - Water1 Cup - Splenda Brown Sugar Blend1 Tsp - Baking Soda70 grams - Raisins2 Tbsp - Cinnamon2 Tbsp - Nutmeg or a Pumpkin Spice
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients together, then add eggs, water, applesauce and pumpkin and the rest of the ingredients.

These muffins are not to sweet - if you like a more sweeter taste, use 2 cups of the Splenda Brown Sugar Blend.

Bake for 20 minutes at 400'F.

**This recipe is good WITHOUT muffin cups, please use a aerosol baking spray like PAM or Wiltons Baking Spray**

I made this recipe with cups before and the muffins stuck a lot since there this recipe calls for no oil.
