Italian ricotta&spinaci pasta

Ingredients
65 grams whole wheat pasta60 grams ricotta cheese0.5 cup cooked spinach1 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated0.5 tbsp extra virgin olive oila dash of nutmeg (if you like it)
Directions
1. Mix the ricotta cheese with nutmeg, mashed cooked spinach, and parmesan. You can add a tbsp of hot pasta water (before you discard it) to make the mix more creamy.
2. Cook the pasta and when it's ready drain it. (Read the label to see the cooking time because it can vary from brand to brand)
4. Add the ricotta&spinaci sauce and the half tablespoon extra virgin olive oil.
