Slow Cooker Brown Sugar Chicken

1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast1/2 cup brown sugar1/8 cup diet Sprite (or other lemon-lime pop)1/3 vinegar1 Tbsp minced garlic1 Tbsp Lite Soy Sauce1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Just add everything in the slow cooker and let set on low for about 8 hours. Or if you want it sooner, high for about 4 hours. This is good served with brown rice or just plain.
