Mushroom, Chicken and Sausage Casserole

12 oz chicken breast, cooked and diced1lb turkey sausage **1 Tbsp. chopped onion5 oz. sliced mushrooms8 oz reduced fat cream cheese, room temperature16 oz bag frozen cauliflower, cooked and drained3/4 Cup 2% shredded cheese3/4 Cup fat free shredded cheesesalt & pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350.
Spray a 9x13 baking dish with non stick spray.
Brown the turkey sausage with the onion and mushrooms. Stir the softened cream cheese into the sausage mixture until well blended. Coarsely chop the cooked cauliflower. Mix all of the ingredients and spread the mixture into the dish and cover with foil. Bake for about 30 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes until the top is lightly browned.
**When I can't find turkey sausage, I buy lean ground turkey and season with italian seasonings, sage and a pinch of crushed red pepper.
