Chicken Broccoli Rice Casserole

Ingredients
1 lb. cooked chicken cut up2 cups cooked brown rice1 10 oz. frozen broccoli package1 can cream of mushroom soup1 cup sour cream1 cup shredded cheddar cheesesalt, pepper, and spices to taste
Directions
Cook chicken thoroughly and cook rice according to package directions. Mix all ingredients except cheese in a baking dish. Cook in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or until bubbly. Add shredded cheese on top and continue cooking for an additional 5-10 minutes. Enjoy! Makes 6-8 servings.

    I modified the recipe a little to suit what I had and the food preferences of my family. I used white rice instead, and left out the sour cream. Really yummy! - 10/8/10
