maries whole wheat crepe

Ingredients
1/2 cup whole wheat flour1/8 tsp salt2 egg whites2/3 cup 2% milk
Directions
mix flour and salt add egg slowly whisk in milk. batter should be free of lumps. 1/8 cup of batter for 8 small crepes or 1/4 cup for 4 but you need a bigger pan. it should be thin and will be ready to flip in 1 minute and then 30 seconds on the other side
