Pepperoni Pizza Soup

Ingredients
4 oz pepperoni, chopped1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced1 medium green pepper, chopped1 medium onion, chopped1 jar (2 cups) Marinara Sauce4 cups Water/Chicken brothTop each bowl with:Shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese (optional)
Directions
Brown pepperoni, mushrooms, green pepper and onion in olive oil. Stir in pasta sauce and broth/water. Simmer until heated through.

Spoon into bowls and top with shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese. (optional)
