Ground Turkey and Rice Veggie Soup

Ingredients
4 oz. 93% lean ground turkey1/2 cup onions, chopped1 1/2 cup carrots, chopped1/2 cup celery, diced1/2 cup green peppers, chopped1/2 cup mushrooms, pieces or slices1 cup brown rice, medium grain1 cup tomatoes, chopped or sliced1/2 tbsp poultry seasoning
Directions
Brown and cook onions.
Add, carrots, celery, green peppers, mushrooms, brown rice and seasonings (others can be added).
Cook and simmer until rice is done the way you want it.
Add the tomatoes and cook a couple of minutes.
