Ingredients
quinoa, craisins, raisins, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla, milk, water, light maple flavoured syrup
Directions
bring skim milk and water to a low boil
add quinoa, spices, vanilla, maple flavoured syrup and simmer 15 minutes
During last few minutes, add raisins/craisins...remove pot from heat, put lid on and let sit for 7 minutes.
