Shrimp and Asparagus w/Lemon Chive Sauce

Ingredients
30 raw medium shrimp20 fresh asparagus1 tsp orgeano1 tsp pepper1/2 tsp salt1/2 c. mayo2 Tb sweet relish2 Tb fresh chives chopped1 tsp lemon zestdash of salt and pepper
Directions
Mix mayo, relish, chives, zest, salt and pepper, put in fridge. Rinse and peel shrimp, lay out on cutting board. Sprinkle shrimp with salt, pepper and oregano. Bring large pot of water to boil for asparagus. Blanch asparagus in water for 3 minutes, remove. Heat large skillet with 1 TB of olive oil, cook shrimp until done (about 3-5 min). Serve shrimp and asparagus with chive sauce and rice pilaf.
