Green Smoothie

Ingredients
8 oz OJ1 whole banana2 cups (more or less depending on your preference) Baby Spinach2 Cups Mixed Frozen Fruit
Directions
Makes 1 - 2 servings

~ Blend OJ & Banana till smooth.

~ Add Spinach and blend until there are no chunks, depending on your blender, up to a full minute (I do mine for about 30 seconds while I throw away the banana peel and put back the OJ & spinach bag. The longer you blend, the smoother it is)

~ Add one cup of frozen fruit, blend till smooth.

~ Add next cup of frozen fruit, blend till smooth.

(I like to separate the frozen fruit, so that it doesn't overwhelm my weenie blender. )

Add whey protein to make it a complete meal!
