Egg white omlette with mushrooms and turkey

Ingredients
4 large egg whites.5 cup 2% mozzarella cheese2 slices turkey lunch meat.5 cup sliced mushrooms
Directions
mix egg whites together
place in preheated skillet at medium heat
cook until solid, might have to flip over (good luck LOL)
put rest of ingredients on half of egg circle
fold over non filled side
cook till cheese is melted.
Might want to flip it again.
