1 Large Can Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free1 Large Can Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup 98% Fat Free1/2 Small Bag Mary B's Frozen Tea Biscuits (All brands are about the same)4 Split Chicken Breast Bone and Skin Removed6 Cups of Water
Cut the chicken breast into chuncks. Mix the water, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup and chicken chuncks in a large soup pot. Boil until the chicken is completely cooked.
While the chicken is boiling cut the frozen biscuits into quarters.
When the chicken is done place the frozen biscuit quarters into the boiling pot. Allow to boil for approximately 5 minutes. (Just until the biscuit dumplings are done.) Salt and pepper to taste.
Makes approximately 12 1-cup servings.
