Protein Pancakes

Ingredients
1/2 c cottage cheese1/2 c old fashioned oats2 eggs1 t baking powder1 t vanilla extract
Directions


Place all ingredients in a blender and give it a whirl for about 10 seconds.
Heat a griddle or pan
just pour the batter, flip them once and they are to die for! I topped mine with a little butter and cinnamon.
