Ingredients
2 medium sized sweet potatoes2 tbsp Fleishman Olive Oil Spread w/ sea salt2 pks splenda1 oz 2% Milk
Directions
Peel, cut up and boil sweet potatoes until soft enough to mash. Drain and add margarine, mash, add splenda and 2% milk, mash to desired consistency.
