2 1/3 cups soy flour2 T plus 1/2 t baking powder1 tsp xylitol or Stevia4 eggs1 1/3 cups half and half1/3 cup Almond breeze vanilla Unsweetened2/3 cup water5 T melted butter8 T joseph's sugar free syrup4 T butter
sift together flour,baking powder,xylitol and salt..set aside. In med bowl whisk eggs,half and half,almond milk, and water until blended.
make a well in the center of dry ingredients pour wet ingredients into the well and stir until just combined. Blend 4 t of the melted butter.
heat a large skillet over med heat. Add remaining T of butter. Add about 1/3 cup of batter per pancake and cook until golden brown and bubbly. flip over and cook about 45 seconds more. Repeat
Top each stack with a T of butter and serve with a side of sugar free syrup.
