C's homemade sausage & veggie tomato sauce

Ingredients
Italian Sweet sausage, eggplant, carrots, red bell pepper, tomatoes, onion....all from my local farms
Directions
Cooked sausage transferred into slow cooker. cooked veggies in pan after removing sausage. Transferred to slow cooker. Deglazed pan with wine. Stir in tomatoes and tomato paste. Cooking for 3 hours on high.
