Buttermilk Pecan Chicken

1 cup ground pecans1 tablespoon paprika2 teaspoons salt1/8 teaspoon black pepper1 cup plain flour1/2 cup fat free buttermilk6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts18 pecan halves, optional
In a shallow bowl, combine ground pecans, paprika, salt, and pepper. Place flour and buttermilk in separate shallow bowls. Coat chicken with flour, dip in buttermilk, then pecan mixture. Place in a 9 x 13 pan sprayed with Pam. Drizzle with utter and top with three pecan halves each. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 35 minutes or until juices run clear. Serves 6.
