Beef, Broccoli, Potato casserol

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef 93% lean4 med russet potatoes2 cups frozen broccoli1 can 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup2/3 cup water or milk your choicesalt, pepper, seasons of choice to taste1/2 cup cheddar cheese or cheese of choice
Directions
Preheat oven to 375* scrub potatoes and pierce with knife, microwave all potatoes for 3 to 5 minutes remove from microwave and let cool. brown beef in skillet after beef is browned remove from heat and add soup ,broccoli,and water mix well. slice potatoes as thin or thick as you prefer and place in a glass baking dish thats been sprayed with cooking spray.Pour beef mixure over potatoes and top with cheese bake cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 15 minutes....
