Ingredients
black beans low sodium, 15 oz black beans low sodium, 15 oz black beans low sodium, 15 oz beef broth low sodium, 14 oz beef broth low sodium, 14 oz Onions, raw, 1.5 cup, chopped Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz) Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.75 cup, chopped Garlic, 2 tsp *Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 2 serving *Green Chili Peppers, canned, .25 cup ham diced, 4 serving red wine vinegar, 0.5 cup1 tsp dried oregano1 tsp dried thyme1 tsp ground cumin1/2 tsp coarsely ground pepper
Directions
Combine first 6 ingredients in a large Dutch oven; bring mixture to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes, stirring frequently.

Add tomato and remaining ingredients to bean mixture. Cook uncovered over low heat 30 additional minutes, stirring occasionally.
