Tomato and egg bagels

Ingredients
1 food doctor high bran bagel (or similar)2 medium eggs1 floz milk 1%1 cup of cherry tomatoes (approx 2 per bagel)
Directions
slice bagel into two, down the middle..
break eggs into a frying pan or small saucepan...
add milk to eggs....
whisk eggs and milk together...
fry gently until the eggs have srambled together.
in the meantime toast the split bagels on both sides..
thinly slice the cherry tomatoes..
serve the tomatoes and scarmbled egg on top of the bagels.... yummy!!!!!
