London Broil

Ingredients
1-1/2 lbs top round steak, 1-1/2 in thick1/2 C soy sauce1/4 C brown sugar1/4 C scallions
Directions
Put all ingredients but beef into a skillet and simmer. Baste steak with sauce and broil, about 5 minutes per side. Allow sauce to thicken on stove. When meat has cooked, let rest 5 minutes, then cut and top with sauce.
