Ground Turkey Stroganoff

Ingredients
1 packet brown gravy6 oz fat free greek yogurt1/4 cup fat free sour cream 1 lb ground turkey12 oz egg noodles
Directions
1. Brown turkey , drain any fat and set aside. At same time, boil egg noodles, drain and set aside.
2. Make brown gravy according to directions, once roiling boil starts turn heat down to medium and whisk in sour cream and yogurt. When sauce begins to thicken add turkey.
3. Serve 1/6 sauce over 2 oz of noodles.
