Cornbread Casserole

Ingredients
Jiffy Mix - 2 small pkgs.2 Egg, fresh, 2/3 cup Milk, nonfat1 can Bush's Chili Beans1 large onion,chopped fine1 lb. Ground Turkey1 cup Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Prepare cornbread according to directions. Set aside. Cook ground beef and onion together in a skillet. Drain off excess fat and set aside. Combine all other ingredients in a large bowl. Pour mixture, into large rectangular baking pan. Spread cornbread mixture over meat. Bake at 450 until golden brown. Serves 8.

    Very filling. We used sausage which made the calories higher but didn't have turkey in the house. We also have it with turkey which is just as tasty. - 5/2/13
