Ingredients
One heaping scoop soy protien(vanilla flavored)1 tablespoon flaxseed oil1 cup strawberries whole1/2 large ripe banana1/2 tablespoon apple juice or honeyone table spoon Psyillium seed husks1 cup water1 cup ice
Directions
Put half banana in blender with strawberries. Then add water, psyillium husk, soy protien(vanilla falvored), flax seed oil, apple juice from concentrate(no water added) and then a cup of Ice. Now blend until blended.

    I have at least one of these Daily. they are awesome. I also add 1 scoop of a product called "Greens First" and additional psyllium.(Can't get enough fibre you know) You can also interchange the banana with other fruits. Frozen pineapple & mango are especially good. - 7/30/07
