450g Tureky breast meat400g Potaotes2 tbls Olive Oil100g Sweet Corn300g Tomatoes1 Onion, raw1 Garlic clove2 tbls balsamic vinegarSaltPepperSweet paprika powderBasilica, fresh50 g Sweet chilli sauce
1. Boil the potatoes.
2. Cut turkey into cubes. Fry the turkey. Add salt & pepper, sweet paprika powder. Set it aside and keep it warm.
3. Cut tomatoes, onion and garlic. + corn. Heat the pan with vegetables. Only 5 minutes!
4. Put the vegetables into a big bowl add balasamic vinegar, mix it. then add turkey and potatoes + add chopped basilica.
