Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
Ingredients:2 cups canned or cooked pumpkin1 ½ cups evaporated skim milk¼ cup brown sugar½ cup granulated sugar1 tsp cinnamon½ tsp ground ginger¼ tsp nutmeg or allspice1/8 tsp ground cloves3 egg whitesGraham Cracker Crust 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs2 tbsp honey1 tbsp oil
Directions
1.Earlier in the day, prepare graham cracker crust and allow to cool prior to filling.
2.Preheat oven to 350oF
3.To prepare filling, mix all ingredients until well blended.
4.Pour mixture into cooled pie shell.
5.Bake 1 hour or until inserted knife or cake tester comes out clean.

Graham cracker crust
1.Preheat oven to 350oF.
2.Blend all ingredients and mix well.
3.Pat into 9-inch pie pan
4.Bake for 10 minutes
5.Allow shell to cool before filling.
