Karrie's Mexican Burrito

Ingredients
Ingredients:* 16" Soft Flour Tortilla Shell, 2 serving * Ground beef, 3 oz *Shredded Beef (3oz.), 1 serving *El Paso Enchilada Sauce, 2 serving * Mexican Rice-1 C, 2 serving * Sour Cream, .1/2 cup *Bagged Lettuce, 1 Medium Bag Shredded* Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 large whole (3" dia) * Colby Cheese, 1 cup, shredded *1 oz. Grated Pepper Jack Cheese, 3 oz *Beans, Rosarita Refried Beans, 1 cup
Directions
Cook up, Shred,Warm Up Everything

When done Warm up fer 30 Secs the Soft Tortillas.

Then take a Platter(Cuz you will need a Platter fer this. (Plates will not hold this.) & Put the Tortilla Shells so that they Over Lap each Other.

Then Start Layering the Beefs,1/2 Cup of the Cheeses, The Re Fried Beans,Lettuce 1/2 the Sour Cream,Mexican Rice, 1/2 the Tomatoes & Top it off with a Nice 1/2 Layer of Enchilada Sauce.

When done,Start Rolling it together like a Burrito/Soft Taco. (Ways to Roll a Perfect Burrito is Online).

Pour the Rest of the Enchilada Sauce over that & Top off with the Rest of the Cheese/Tomatoes & Sour Cream

Cut into 8 Equal Servings & Enjoy.
