Chicken with Sun-Dried Tomatoes

Ingredients
3 Tbsp. olive oil4- 4 oz. chicken breast, no skin1 C. sliced mushrooms, fresh1C. frozen peas4 Tbsp. Parmesan cheesetir 1 C. egg noodles, cooked3/4 C. water
Directions
at 2 Tbsp. of olive oil and brown chicken on both sides. Remove chicken from skillet. Heat remining oil in skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms, cheese, sun dried tomatoes, water, soup,and peas and stir Return chicken to skillet and bring to a boil . Reduce heat to low and cook 5 minutes until chicken is cooked through. Serve chicken and sauce over noodles.
