slow cooked hamburger potato casserole

Ingredients
1.25 pounds lean ground beef3 medium - large potatoes- chopped with skins on1 large onion chopped1/4 cup frozen green beans1/4 cup frozen chopped bell peppers1 can mushroom pieces1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup with roasted garlic2 tbsp garlic powder1 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
Directions
brown ground beef with 1 tbsp garlic and 1 tsp lemon pepper. Chop potatoes (I keep skins on) and onions. Mix all ingredients together in slow cooker (potatoes, beans, peppers, mushrooms and onions and ground beef) with 1 can cream of mushroom soup with garlic and 3/4 can of water. Let cook slow for at least 4 -6 hours.
