Light Saute'ed veggies

Ingredients
Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced Cauliflower, raw, 1 cupBroccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices *Summer Squash, 1 cup, sliced Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped Ms Dash tomato basil garlic seasoningolive oil and nonstick cooking spray
Directions
Makes 4 1-cup servings- veggies cook down

Chop all veggies and put in bowl. Pour tomato basil garlic seasoning and drizzle with olive oil lightly.
Spray deep pan with nonstick spray and drizzle with olive oil. Turn heat up to medium and pour in veggies. Stir frequently until desired amount of doneness is achieved(usually 15-30 minutes). Serve immediately.
