1kg Veal ,cut into strips2Onions ,large size, sliced2tbsp Tomato 1tsp Coriander ground1 1/2tsp Curry powder2Garlic Cloves ,crushed1tsp Paprika1/2cup Mint fresh chopped3-4Tomatoes medium size chopped1/2tbsp Olive OilSalt and Pepper
1. Brush a medium non stick saucepan with olive oil. Add meat and stir until its color changes to light brown.
2. Add onions, tomatoes, coriander, paprika, garlic, curry, salt and pepper and cook for 5 minutes.
3. Add tomato paste and 1 1/2 - 2 cups warm water and simmer for about 30 minutes or until meat is tender. Sprinkle mint on surface and serve immediately.
