1 cup water2 large eggs2 tbsp. unsweetened applesauce1 packet stevia plus1/2 tsp. granulated suger (for yeast to eat)1/4 tsp. salt2/3 cup ground flax seeds1/2 cup almond meal/flour1 1/2 cup vital wheat gluten flour2 tsp. dried yeast
1. Combine ingredients according to bread machine manual.
2. Select Rapid bake and "light" browning setting.
3. Don't remove bread until it is cooled.
4. Cut into 20 thin slices using an electric knife.
5. Store covered in the refrigerator.

It smelled amazing while it was baking but was slightly bland and the texture was spongy. It was 50/50 in my house as for who liked it and who didn't. I liked it but definitely go into it with a mindset of "Taste pretty good for low carb bread" I think I will try it again. Should toast really well
