1 small box Sugar free, Fat Free instant Vanilla pudding2 Cups Skim Milk15 oz. Can solid pumpkin1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice2 cups fat free cool whip
Mix pudding with milk as directed on pudding box. Mix in pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice. Fold in cool whip. Refrigerate at least 30 mins before serving. makes 6 servings.
