Cucumber & Veggie Salad

Ingredients
3 Medium Cucumbers, Peeled1/4 Cup Chopped Onion1 Medium Red Tomatoe10 Medium Baby Carrots4 Tbsp Kraft Fat Free Ranch Salad Dressing1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar1 Tbsp Fresh Ground Pepper
Directions
Chop up the vegetables into small peices and place into a medium bowl. Add salad dressing, vinegar, and pepper to taste. Mix together and you have a delicious salad without the boring lettuce. You can store it in the refrigerator for days and eat for lunch or serve to the whole family during dinner time!
