Karen's Power Cookies (No Flour, Sugar, High Protein, Good Carbs)

Ingredients
2 c Old Fashioned Oats2 small boxes raisins6 scoops Whey Protein, low carb1/8 tsp. baking powder1/8 tsp. baking soda1 tsp cinnamon1 tsp pumpkin pie spice1 tsp apple pie spiceSplenda1 C Egg Whites1 (15 oz) Pure Pumpkin2 tbs. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter1/4 c water
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients.
Add in all wet ingredients, adding water last to make it the right consistency. I make mine a little on the runny side, to make more cookies.
Use a tablespoon to put cookies on baking sheet greased with Pam.

Bake approx 10 min at 350.'
