"Baked" Steak

Ingredients
Cube Steak, lightly floured, 1 lbPepper, black, 1 tspSalt, .5 tsp Canola oil sprayCanola oil, 2 tbsp All Purpose Flour, 2 tbspSwanson Low Sodium Beef Broth, 14 ozWater to thin broth
Directions
Salt and pepper the lightly floured cube steak. Fry cube steak with nonstick canola oil spray in a large deep sided frying pan until browned, set aside. Add canola oil to pan. Sprinkle in flour and stir until well combined. Cook flour for 2 minutes. Add beef broth stirring well to remove any lumps. Add enough water to make a gravy. Return meat to pan and cover. Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 2 hours. Turn meat occasionally to prevent sticking. Serve cube steak with the gravy.
