1 cup carrots1 cup celery2 cloves garlic6 cups chicken broth3 cups cabbage1 cup green beans 1 can tomato sauce1 tsp dried basil1 tsp dried oregano1/2 tsp. salt1 cup diced zucchiniIn a large saucepan, saute carrot, celery, onion, and garlic over low heat. Add cabbage, broth, beans, tomato paste, oregano and salt. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer covered until beans are tender. About one hour. Add zucchini. Cook about 5 additional minutes. Serve Hot.
